A simple and delicious recipe, combining chocolate and pears. A sweet mixture of fresh pear and melting, creamy chocolate that awakens our taste buds. A grandmother's dessert that is easy to prepare!
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Preparation of the cake To start, you need to melt your chopped chocolate and butter in a bowl that you place in the microwave (or over a double boiler).
Then add the flour, sugar, and eggs to the same bowl and mix everything together.
Peel and cut your pears into small pieces, then add them to the mixing bowl.
Baking the pear-chocolate cake Pour into a mold; you can butter and dust the bottom of your mold with flour beforehand to make it easier to unmold. Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
You can add powdered sugar or spread on top for indulgence. All that's left is to enjoy! Bon appétit!
