Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with the sugar, baking powder, vanilla, bitter almond, eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Cut the pears into slices and place them in the mini molds. Pour melted chocolate over them and fill with the previous mixture.
To finish, bake for about 40 minutes. Check the cooking and let cool. Decorate with whipped cream, mini meringues, and chocolate eggs.
