Preheat your oven to 160°C.
In a saucepan, add the butter in small pieces, the sugar, and the honey. Heat everything over low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces to make chips. In a bowl, mix the oats, chopped dried fruits, and chocolate chips.
Incorporate into the previous mixture and combine everything.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. Cut the mixture into rectangles and let cool at room temperature.
To finish, you can easily store them in an airtight container.
