Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Meanwhile, in a container, mix the applesauce with the flour and then the eggs.
Add the melted chocolate and mix again.
Pour some chocolate chips into the batter and mix.
Pour the batter into molds or cookie cutters (here, a silicone mold measuring 25.6 x 25.6 x 4.5 cm with 4 hearts to fill).
Bake for 13 minutes at 180°C.
Finally, place thin slices of kiwi on top.
