 8 Coffee
 4 Egg
 150 Sugar
 150 Extra fine butter
 3 Flour
 1 Baking powder
 1 pinch Salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on setting 6. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a mixing bowl, combine the yolks with the fine sugar until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume.

In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate broken into pieces with the coffee. Add the butter cut into small pieces. Allow the butter to melt and then stir. The mixture should be smooth.

Incorporate the chocolate mixture into the egg yolk-sugar mix, then add the sifted flour and baking powder. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form with a pinch of salt. Gently fold them into the previous mixture (do not whisk).

Pour the mixture into the mold and place it in a medium oven for about 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the mold after taking it out of the oven, place it on a cooling rack, and let it cool.

Place it on a serving plate, dust it with cocoa powder. Fill the center with chocolate truffles, and decorate with small eggs. Serve each slice with custard or whipped cream. The cake can be dusted with powdered sugar or covered with chocolate icing and decorated as desired!
