Here is the easy and quick recipe for banana chocolate cake. Its particularity? It is gluten-free as it uses rice flour.

For the caramelized bananas

 3 Banana
 90 Plant-based milk
 ½ Lemon juice
 8 Baking powder
 210 Rice flour

Prepare the caramelized bananas. Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise. In a pan, add the butter and let it brown, then add the banana, sprinkle with sugar, and let it caramelize. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, chia seeds, milk, lemon, rice flour, baking powder, grated tonka bean, butter, and oils.

To finish, pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan, place the caramelized banana halves on top, and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
