Heat the oil for frying. When it's hot, gently immerse a few nuggets, browning them while monitoring. Drain, place on absorbent paper, and salt. Repeat the process with the remaining nuggets.
To finish, serve the nuggets with the sauce, lime, some cilantro leaves, and a small salad of raw vegetables.
