Easy, quick, and very good recipe.

Ingredients
 1 Roast chicken
 1 Button mushroom
 25 Sour cream
 3 Egg
 70 Grated cheese
 Salt
 Pepper
 Chopped or powdered garlic
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the dough in a mold on a sheet of parchment paper and prick it with a fork.

Spread the pieces of chicken and the drained mushrooms on top.

Mix in a bowl the sour cream, the eggs, the grated cheese, as well as salt, pepper, and garlic. Beat this mixture.

Incorporate the mixture over the topping.

To finish, bake for 45 minutes.

    Delicious!!! I made a homemade herb dough and used fresh mushrooms sautéed in a pan with garlic and parsley after cooking. It was great!!!! Definitely doing it again!

    Chicken Fillet Quiche My suggestion: I made it with some sautéed chicken fillets and leftover raclette cheese, along with an endive salad with walnuts, which went very well for an evening meal.

    Delicious I was worried that this recipe might be a bit dry!!! But no, my quiche was simply delicious!!! My suggestion: I sautéed the mushrooms in butter and pepper to give them more flavor.

    Delicious Very good recipe and easy to make for guaranteed results! My suggestion: I added fresh mushrooms and onions that I sautéed in a little oil and soy sauce. A delight!
