A recipe for a savory clafoutis that smells of the South!
Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Wash, remove the stem from the cherry tomatoes, and then dry them. Chop the chives. Melt the butter.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the brown sugar, gradually add the flour, then the warm melted butter and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
Butter four small molds. Distribute the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with chopped chives, then pour in the mixture.
Bake in a medium oven for about 30 minutes.
To finish, serve warm.
