Perfect cake with fresh cherries. I pit the cherries, but I think you can also leave them with the pits. You can also add cinnamon.

Ingredients
 450 Ripe cherries
 110 Melted butter
 100 Sugar
 250 Flour
 3 Egg
 3 Almond powder
 ½ Baking powder
 1 pinch Salt

Pit the cherries. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Beat the sugar with the melted butter until you obtain a fluffy mixture.

Add the eggs one by one, the flour, the almond powder, the baking powder, and the salt. The mixture should be smooth. Gently fold in the pitted cherries.

To finish, pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Bake. Unmold when cold. Enjoy!
