 10 Carrot
 3 Potato
 ½ Chicken broth
 1 Water
For the savory whipped cream
 40 Whipping cream
 1 Pepper

Cooking the potatoes and carrots. Peel the carrots and potatoes. In a saucepan, cook the carrots, potatoes, and chicken broth. Add water until it covers the ingredients. Cook until a knife easily pierces the potatoes and carrots. Once cooked, let rest for 10 minutes and blend.

Preparation of the whipped cream: Whip the 400 ml of cream with a little pepper and set aside in the refrigerator.

Preparation of the ham: Put a little oil and sauté the ham cut into small pieces in a pan.
