In a pot, sauté the large onion and the bacon in a tablespoon of olive oil.
Peel all your vegetables and cut them into small pieces, then add them to your pot. Cover with water and lightly salt. Bring to a boil, then let cook for about 20 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and blend your vegetables.
Pour your soup into your bowls and then sprinkle with a bit of curry (adjust according to your taste).
