Bunny Cocktail, a non-alcoholic cocktail recipe created by a bartender school especially for Easter!

Ingredients
 60 carrot shrub
 10 fresh lemon juice
 15 tarragon syrup

Put all the ingredients except the ginger beer into a shaker.

Add ice cubes, shake, and strain into the empty glass using a bar strainer.

To finish, fill the glass with crushed ice and top up with ginger beer. Decorate with edible flowers and serve in a highball glass.
