Buckwheat waffles are easy and quick to prepare with a waffle maker! Here is a recipe I recommend for a delicious Mardi Gras.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs and mix.
Gradually add the milk and mix.
To finish, cook the waffles in the waffle maker for about 3 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side.
