Brownie-like tartlets, a very original dessert or a delightful coffee treat.
In the bowl of a mixer, combine the flour, sugar, and hazelnut powder. Add the butter in pieces and mix with a whisk to obtain a sandy texture. Incorporate the egg yolk and water, tablespoon by tablespoon, until the dough forms. Roll out the dough and cut out discs with a cookie cutter the size of the molds. Place these discs in the tartlet molds, pressing with your fingers to ensure they fit the shape of the mold.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Mix well to smooth the chocolate. Add the sugar and milk and mix. Add the eggs one by one, mixing vigorously in between. Divide the batter into the molds, filling to ¾ full. Place a hazelnut on each cookie. Bake for 20 minutes.
