The brownie is the ultimate sweet treat. Discover the recipe that caramelizes pecans for even more flavor and texture.
Start by making a caramel by boiling water and half of the sugar in a small saucepan.
As soon as it starts to brown, add the pecans and coat them well.
Let them cool on a flat surface and cut them into pieces once they are cold.
Preheat the oven to 180° and melt the butter and chocolate (set aside a few squares for the end of the recipe).
In another bowl, mix the eggs and sugar without beating too much.
Then add the melted chocolate, followed by the flour and salt, and mix with a spatula.
