Broccoli cakes with salmon, a delicious starter or simply a tasty dish for dinner.

Ingredients
 600 Broccoli
 2 Egg
 50 Sour cream
 60 Fresh goat cheese
 ½ Cumin
 ½ turmeric
 Salt, pepper

Cook the broccoli florets for 20 minutes. Drain them.

Beat the eggs until fluffy. Add the cream and fresh cheese, then the spices. Season with salt and pepper.

Roughly mash the broccoli with a fork or potato masher. Mix in the egg and cheese preparation. Cut the salmon into thin slices.

To finish, preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease tartlet molds if they are not silicone. Fill halfway with the broccoli mixture. Cover with slices of salmon. Top with the remaining broccoli. Bake for 30 minutes.
