Broccoli and shrimp flans, a recipe I make quite often, simple and tasty. I recently offered it to my granddaughters and they loved it.

Ingredients
 450 Cooked broccoli
 2 Eggs
 60 Fresh goat cheese
 16 Peeled pink shrimp
 ½ Cumin
 ½ Turmeric
 Salt and pepper
Directions

Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Cook it for 20 minutes in boiling water.

In the meantime, beat the eggs. Add the cream, fresh cheese, and spices. Mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Drain the broccoli once cooked. Mash it roughly using a potato masher or a fork. Add it to the previous mixture.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Fill 8 individual molds. Place 2 shrimp in each mold. Bake for 45 minutes.
