 100 Sugar
 150 Chocolate
 6 Egg
 80 Milk
 20 Fresh cream

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Crumble the bread into a mixing bowl. Pour the milk and cream over it.

In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Pour over the brioche preparation.

Chop the chocolate into pieces and add it to the rest of the mixture.

To finish, pour into a mold (ideally silicone). Bake for 30/40 minutes.

    Great! I used some leftover soft bread instead of brioche and it was delicious. And quite a bit of time in the food processor to mix well. And a little layer of chocolate on top. A delight!

    Personally, I would halve the quantities, because in the end, you get two puddings of 1kg each, which is a lot for 8 people, unless they are very greedy :D
