Easy to prepare, it transforms stale bread into a comforting dessert that evokes childhood. The bread soaks up milk and cream for a soft texture, while the chocolate adds a sweet touch.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Crumble the bread into a mixing bowl. Pour the milk and cream over it.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Pour over the brioche preparation.
Chop the chocolate into pieces and add it to the rest of the mixture.
To finish, pour into a mold (ideally silicone). Bake for 30/40 minutes.
