 250 blueberries
 50 Honey
 ½ Lemon juice
 Ice cubes

For the blueberry syrup: Rinse the blueberries and place them in a saucepan with 50 ml of water, lemon juice, honey, and lavender. Heat over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Let cool and strain the mixture. Set aside.

For the mocktails: Pour ice cubes into each glass. Add 6 cl of blueberry syrup and then sparkling beverage.

To finish, mix and enjoy.
