These little bites are really very easy to prepare, especially if you opt for ready-made tartlet shells and dulce de leche. They are perfect for enhancing a gourmet coffee, an afternoon snack, or for a buffet.

 12 milk jam
 10 cold heavy cream
 5 Icing sugar

Place a mixing bowl (preferably stainless steel) and the whisks of the mixer in the fridge for about twenty minutes. After this time, take the bowl out and pour in the liquid cream. Whip while adding powdered sugar. Continue to whip until the cream reaches the desired consistency (this usually takes a good 5 minutes).

Place a teaspoon of caramel spread at the bottom of each tartlet, add a slice of banana, and top with whipped cream. Chill until serving.

To finish Before serving, add a touch of indulgence by dusting the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
