This banana bread recipe with hazelnut spread.
Blend 2 bananas.
Beat the eggs with the coconut sugar using a mixer.
Add the oil, banana puree, almond milk, and spices.
Add the flour, the yeast, the salt, and the hazelnut powder.
Cut the last banana in half lengthwise.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
Place the 2 pieces of banana on top.
Bake at 170° for 45 minutes.
Let cool and unmold.
To finish, serve with a spoonful of chocolate spread.
