Yields3 ServingsPrep Time10 minsCook Time20 minsTotal Time30 mins

Today I propose baked mushrooms with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. A delicious side dish or a vegetarian and vegan meal for mushroom lovers. It's very good, flavorful, and incredibly easy and quick to make. After the festive season, a bit of lightness is much appreciated.

Ingredients
 2 Olive oil
 2 Soy sauce
 2 Balsamic vinegar
 1 Garlic powder
 1 Provençal herbs
 Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
 500 Small Parisian mushrooms
 1 Parsley
Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 200°C, static heat.

2

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, herbs, and pepper.

3

Add the whole mushrooms, cleaned beforehand, and mix well to coat them.

4

Pour everything into a baking dish and arrange the mushrooms in a single layer. It's better for the dish not to be too large, so that the sauce doesn't evaporate too much during cooking (30*20 cm for me).

5

Bake and cook for 20 minutes, stirring the mushrooms halfway through.

6

To finish, remove the dish from the oven, mix the mushrooms well, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
