Enjoy this baked cheese surrounded by its brioche with dried fruits. An ideal appetizer for the month of November.
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, then add the flour, melted butter, 1 egg, salt, and pepper. Let rise for 1.5 hours under a damp cloth. Make small balls to arrange around the circle of cheese. Brush them with the 2nd egg and herbs. Let rise for another 40 minutes.
Finally, brush the cheese with honey, sprinkle with pine nuts, raisins, and walnuts. Place it in a wooden circle. Put everything in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy it right out of the oven. Delicious!
