4 Apple (either tart, gala, or boskoop)
100 Speculoos cookie
80 Semi-salted butter

Crush the cookies into powder by placing them in a plastic bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.

Remove the seeds from the apples using a melon baller.

Mix the softened butter with the crushed cookies.

Core the apples and pierce them all over to prevent the skin from bursting during cooking.

To finish, place in the oven for about 30 minutes, watching closely.

Simple, quick, and delicious I will make this dessert again tonight, which requires few ingredients, takes little time to prepare, is very easy, and is enjoyed by everyone. My suggestion: I used the only apples I had, which were Jonagold, and it was very good as well. I just added 10 minutes of cooking time. -
