Pasta, everyone loves it. And when you can make a healthy and delicious dish, it's even better. That's accomplished with these avocado spaghetti. A recipe that's easy to prepare, and especially very tasty, with a creamy avocado sauce that gives a nice green color.

Ingredients
 250 Spaghetti
 1 Avocado
 1 Clementine
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Shallot
 40 Olive oil
 50 Vegetable broth
 Salt
 Pepper
 Espelette pepper

Peel and pit the avocado. Cut it into large pieces. Add the clementine juice on top. Peel the shallot and slice it finely. Peel the garlic clove and chop it.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.

Meanwhile, blend the avocado with salt, pepper, chili powder, and olive oil. Add the vegetable broth and blend. Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili powder.

To finish, add the avocado sauce to the pasta and enjoy.
