Today, I propose an avocado mayonnaise. This is a vegan recipe, and the avocado replaces the egg yolk in traditional mayonnaise. It is perfect for sandwiches, salads, or to accompany raw vegetable sticks or tortilla chips. This mayonnaise is also lighter, as less oil is required for its preparation. Moreover, it is super easy and quick to make – ready in just 5 minutes!

 2 Lemon juice
 1 Dijon mustard
  Salt
 3 olive oil (or sunflower oil)
