Avocado Hummus Recipe

A new hummus that I hadn't thought of before! Delicious and creamy, it is perfect for appetizers on toast or as a dip for vegetable sticks!

Ingredients
 3 avocados
 200 canned chickpeas
 1 lime
 4 olive oil
 1 tahini sesame paste
 1 clove garlic
 1 white spring onion
 1 3 cm of fresh ginger
 4 mint
 1 ground cumin
 1 salt
 15 drops tabasco

Peel the avocados and scoop out their flesh. Peel and cut the garlic clove and green onion in half. Cut the lime in half and squeeze to extract the juice.

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Peel the ginger and cut it into slices. Rinse and pluck the mint leaves.

In a blender, place the avocados, chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, onion, half of the olive oil, tahini, ginger, cumin, mint, hot sauce, and salt. Blend in pulses until you achieve a smooth mixture.

To finish, pour the mixture into a bowl. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top before serving. Enjoy your meal!
