It's asparagus season, so here is a simple recipe to cook asparagus with salmon and blue cheese sauce, perfect for weekday meals.
Preparation of the sauce: In a saucepan, add the cream, cheese, and mascarpone. 1 slice of salmon. Stir the mixture until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Set aside.
For preparing the asparagus: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil with the broth cubes. Remove the strings from the asparagus with a peeler. Immerse the asparagus in the water and bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
To finish, for plating, cut the smoked salmon slice in half. Place it on the edges. Then arrange the asparagus and cover with sauce using a tablespoon. Enjoy your meal!!
