Today I propose a classic Chinese dish - stir-fried noodles with beef and vegetables, all flavored with Asian sauces. A complete, easy, and quick meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the beef into small, fine pieces. Peel the onions, cut them in half, and then slice them. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Thinly slice the cabbage. Peel and grate the carrots. Thinly slice the green onions.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain them.
Heat a large wok or sauté pan with oil. Add the meat and cook for about 12-13 minutes, until it is cooked through.
Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add the cabbage and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Then do the same with the carrots.
Add the noodles, sauces, and vinegar and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly to thoroughly coat the noodles.
To finish, serve the dish immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
