Nothing is better to start your day than a delicious breakfast. These homemade apple waffles with maple syrup are also perfect for a dessert or a snack.
Peel, core, and slice the apple into wedges.
In a saucepan, sauté the apple wedges and the maple syrup. Stop cooking when the apples become tender.
Using an electric mixer, whip the cream. When it starts to thicken to the consistency of whipped cream, add the powdered sugar and continue to whip for a few seconds to incorporate it properly.
In each plate, place an artisan waffle, add the wedges of a quarter apple per waffle, and top it all off with whipped cream. Sprinkle with a few handfuls of muesli and drizzle with hot maple syrup.
