A recipe for autumn samosas.
Rinse the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into large cubes of about 1 cm.
In a skillet, melt half of the butter and sauté the apples for 5 minutes.
Cut your log into slices (you need 8) and chop the walnut halves.
Melt the remaining butter.
Preheat the oven to 200° (gas mark 7).
Make samosas. Brush the pastry sheets with the remaining melted butter on one half of the sheet, starting from one side. Place a slice of goat cheese, diced apples, pieces of nuts, a teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of chili.
Fold everything into a triangle and repeat the process on the 8 half sheets.
Place your samosas on a baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
To finish, serve on the plate with young sprouts or a seasonal salad and sprinkle with a little chili powder.
