Muffins with a low glycemic index, so there's no reason to deprive yourself.
Grate the apple and the pear after peeling them or not, it's up to you. Then mix them with the sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom. Whisk the eggs, add the milk and mix. Then add the baking powder and both flours. Mix well.
I added a mixture of dried fruits including raisins, goji berries, and white mulberries. You can use any dried fruits you like or even chocolate chips. Add the fruits to the mixture, mix well, and distribute it into muffin molds.
To finish, bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180° for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
