 2 Vanilla sugar
 1 Egg yolk

Place one pastry in a tart pan. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

Spread the slices over the dough. Sprinkle with 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

Place the second dough over the apples, making a hole in the center for the steam. Seal the two doughs together with a little water.

Brush the egg yolk over the dough. Sprinkle the top with the second packet of vanilla sugar.

To finish, place in the oven for about 30 minutes.

    Delicious Delicious and very easy to make. My suggestion: I added almond flour on the bottom and placed the apples on top. It absorbs the juice from the apples and forms a creamy texture.
