 100 Butter
 1 Baking powder
 150 Sugar
 1 pinch Salt
 4 eggs
 80 Flour
 50 Almond powder
 125 salted butter caramel
 34 Apple

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

In a 20 to 22 cm diameter cake pan, spread the salted butter caramel. Set aside.

Peel and cut the apples into large wedges (about 8 per apple) and place them side by side in the dish. Set aside.

Put the butter, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs, flour, and almond powder in the bowl, then mix for 45 seconds at speed 6.

Pour the obtained mixture into the prepared mold, place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.

To finish, unmold onto a wire rack and let cool before enjoying.
