A visually stunning presentation for this apple tart.
Cut and grate the apples, sauté them with maple syrup for 5 minutes. Add 50 g of chopped nuts and cinnamon. Mix and set aside.
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Roll out your dough into a circle 24 cm in diameter. Cut the circle into 16 notches of 4 cm each. Fold each notch and bring the two ends together to form a small cavity. Brush everything with egg yolk.
Place the walnut halves in the cavities. Distribute the apple and cinnamon mixture on top. Garnish with crushed nuts.
To finish, bake for 25/30 minutes at 180°. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.
