A classic recipe that never gets old! With a comforting hint of cinnamon and maple syrup.
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Quickly sauté them with cinnamon and raisins until they caramelize and become tender. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the hazelnut puree with the maple syrup. Add the flours and the oats. Add two tablespoons of water. The dough will come together while forming the typical crumbs of a crumble.
Divide the fruit into a small container or two individual containers. Cover with dough and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts or walnuts.
To finish, bake for 40 to 45 minutes and let cool slightly before serving with a scoop of ice cream.
