Preheat the oven to 180°.
Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, add the apples, mix well, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Wash the figs, remove the stem, and cut them into quarters. Add them to the apples when they are tender. Leave on the heat for a few more minutes.
In the meantime, mix the flour with the sugar and crushed cookies. Add the butter and combine using your fingertips. After a few minutes, the mixture becomes crumbly and is ready! Distribute the fruit in the dishes and add a generous layer of crumble on top.
Bake for about fifteen minutes. Remove and let cool a little.
