Ingredients
 4 Apple
 100 Whole sugar
 100 Almond powder
 1 Vanilla sugar
 70 Semi-salty butter
 1 Whole egg
 1 Egg yolk
 2 Rum
 2 Granulated sugar
 1 Ground cinnamon

Grease the tart pan with 20 g of butter, spread the dough in it, then prick it with a fork and set aside in the fridge.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes frothy. Add the packet of vanilla sugar, 50 g of butter, and whisk.

Incorporate the almond powder and flavor with rum to achieve a smooth cream. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Peel, core, and cut the apples into thin wedges. Spread almond cream in the bottom of the tart and arrange the apple wedges on top.

Melt the remaining 20 g of butter and brush it over the apples. Mix the granulated sugar with the ground cinnamon and sprinkle it over the apples.

To finish, bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy slightly warm (and why not with a small scoop of ice cream?).
