Here is my foolproof recipe for ultra-moist raspberry clafoutis. The raspberries add a kick to this easy, very fruity and tangy seasonal dessert where the combination with almond is simply delicious!
Butter a baking dish and line it with vanilla sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Distribute the raspberries in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk the whole eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the flour, ground almonds, cream, and milk. Whisk to obtain a smooth batter.
Pour the batter over the raspberries. Bake for about 40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pan.
To finish, sprinkle the clafoutis with powdered sugar. Enjoy warm or cold!
