Spring rolls are a culinary specialty of Vietnamese origin, made from cooked vegetables, meat, or shrimp, wrapped in rice paper and then fried. Here is the recipe for spring rolls made in an air fryer, easy to prepare.

Ingredients
 Rice paper
 150 Peeled shrimp
 1 Carrot
 100 Cabbage
 3 Dried black mushroom
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Fresh ginger
 3 Soy sauce
 Oil

Soak the dried mushrooms in water (according to the package instructions).

Peel and grate the carrots. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger. Slice the cabbage.

Sauté the garlic and ginger in oil. Add the grated carrots, cabbage, rehydrated mushrooms chopped into pieces, and soy sauce. Sauté for a few minutes.

Add the shrimp and mix.

Place a generous tablespoon of the mixture on each rice paper sheet. Fold the sheet by rolling it up.

Brush the spring rolls with oil.

Finally, cook in the air fryer for 11 minutes at 200°C.
