Low Temperature Roast Beef Recipe
Hello everyone! Believe it or not, as far back as I can remember, I have never roasted a beef joint in the oven. I was always afraid it would be overcooked or undercooked… Then, I decided to try cooking it at a low temperature, as you know I am a fan of that. What was the result? Well, yes, it was excellent, of course. The meat was super tender!!!
