After roasting cauliflower whole or in florets, here it is sliced, also baked, but for much less time! It’s very visually appealing. You can season it with any spice you want: I chose a Mexican blend with smoked paprika, but a Cajun mix, curry, cumin, etc. also work well. Cooked this way without water, the cauliflower smells really good.
Carrot fries to change from potato fries: here is an easy and quick recipe to prepare original fries to enjoy with family or friends.
A great recipe for cauliflower baked without béchamel! I don’t know about you, but I love cauliflower. I enjoy it raw as an appetizer, cooked and cold in vinaigrette, grated in salad, in casseroles, but also spiced and baked. I made a little variation by sautéing it with two beaten eggs like an omelet; it’s perfect for dinner, and it allows some to (re)discover this beautiful vegetable that is cauliflower.
I love making this recipe to vary a bit from the classic dish. I usually serve it with green salad. You can choose any cheese you like.
