Hello everyone! Here is my favorite lunch: an enhanced yogurt! Yes, I know, it’s a bit simple for a meal, but I have a good breakfast, I have my 10 AM snack, and when my husband comes back around 5 PM, I have my afternoon snack, and then we always end the day with a nice dinner, often with a little appetizer! And with my yogurt, I also often treat myself to a dessert, haha!
