Oven-roasted cauliflower Lebanese-style: the easy recipe
A great recipe for cauliflower baked without béchamel! I don’t know about you, but I love cauliflower. I enjoy it raw as an appetizer, cooked and cold in vinaigrette, grated in salad, in casseroles, but also spiced and baked. I made a little variation by sautéing it with two beaten eggs like an omelet; it’s perfect for dinner, and it allows some to (re)discover this beautiful vegetable that is cauliflower.
