 60 Flour
 50 Butter
 150 Gruyère
 50 Grated cheese
 4 Egg
 20 Whipped cream
 Salt

Then add the cheese and cream and blend for 10 seconds at speed 6.

Finally, transfer the mixture into a buttered soufflé dish and add grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
