A little sweetness without sugars and low in carbohydrates is possible with these delicious amaretti that are so easy to make and have a lovely almond flavor. Just perfect for a coffee break!
Preheat the oven to 170° and prepare your baking tray by lining it with a sheet of parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the almond powder and the sweetener. Whisk the egg whites lightly until they start to foam and gradually add the almond powder-sweetener mixture. Add the almond extract and mix one last time.
To finish, form 12 small balls of dough and place them on your baking sheet before gently flattening them with the palm of your hand. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool before enjoying.
