 5 Red bell pepper
 5 Yellow bell pepper
 5 Green bell pepper
 2 Egg
 2 Sour cream
 1 clove Garlic
 2 Oil
 2 pinches Salt and pepper
 4 pinches Basil (or another herb)

Preparation of the vegetables Preheat the oven. Slice the zucchini and bell peppers into thin strips. In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the chopped garlic and vegetables for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Preparation of the mixture In a bowl, combine the eggs, cream, and chopped basil. Place the vegetables in a baking dish.

Cooking Cover with the egg mixture and bake until golden for about 10-15 minutes.

    I multiplied the quantities by three for six people. I added finely sliced mozzarella on top with a little decoration of another cheese. Instead of basil, I used chopped cilantro and a bit of nutmeg.

    I like adding a cube of herb mix while cooking the vegetables and two cloves of garlic. Great for oven cooking, but count on 25 minutes at 180°C.

    Great recipe, I modified it by adding a bit of grated cheese on top of the gratin and some bacon, it was delicious!

    Let it cook for at least 20-25 minutes at 180.
