A new recipe for a lighter spinach quiche with grated cheese. Easy and quick to make, tasty and healthy.
Thaw the spinach and drain it.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and cream, then add the spinach, grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
Roll out your dough in a mold, prick the bottom with a fork, and pour in the mixture.
To finish, add some pine nuts and place in the oven (preheated to 180 degrees) for 40 minutes.
