This chocolate tart recipe is recommended. For a greater effect, you can cover some stars with white fondant.
Mix the flour, almond powder, and butter. Add the powdered sugar, then the beaten egg mixed with a pinch of salt.
Knead until there are no traces of flour left, wrap in cling film. Set aside in the refrigerator before use.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the dough, making sure to lightly flour the work surface. Place the dough in a greased and floured mold. Cover the dough with a disc of parchment paper, add dried beans on top, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Using the remaining dough, cut out stars to decorate the pie.
Bake for about ten minutes at 180°C. Set aside.
Bring the coconut milk to a boil. Pour over the previously chopped dark chocolate and mix.
To finish, add the butter in small pieces so that it melts well, then mix. Set aside and let cool for 15 minutes before filling the tart base. Add the stars and then enjoy.
